HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN FISHING?
I have been fishing since about 5th grade. I started in a channel down the street from my house catching blue gills, crappies and carp. I started tournament fishing in 1988.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A LUND PRO-STAFF?
Performance, quality, fishability, innovative. Lund has always been my first choice.
CAN YOU TELL US THE LARGEST FISH YOU HAVE EVER CAUGHT?
My biggest walleye was 13 lb on Lake Erie. I have caught muskies in the 46"- 49" range on my home body of water, Fox Chain O’ Lakes. All while fishing for walleyes.
WHERE ARE YOU FROM?
A small town in the Northeast corner of Illinois, Antioch.
WHERE DO YOU MOSTLY FISH?
I mostly fish where the tournament trail takes me. My favorite place to fish is the Missouri River system. I will be fishing all AIM tournaments, Charlie Chain Series and some MWC.
WHAT IS THE BEST FISHING TIP THAT YOU EVER RECEIVED?

IN WHAT WAYS ARE YOU INVOLVED IN THE ANGLING COMMUNITY?
I helped bring PWT to Fox Chain O’ Lakes, and helped organize Bass Fishing as a sport to local high schools. I part owned AIM Pro Walleye Series, and am active with youth events at tournaments and with Fishing Has No Boundaries (schedule permitting).

WHAT WAS THE BEST YEAR OF YOUR LIFE?
I would have to say when I was in High School hunting, trapping and fishing every day - and making money doing it!
WHAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING YOU’VE EVER BOUGHT?
I spent $250 for a remote control airplane, flew it for less than 2 minutes and crashed it. There was nothing left of it.

Always give 100%!
WHAT TRAIT DO YOU ADMIRE IN PEOPLE?
Honesty!
WHAT’S YOUR WORST HABIT?
Not finishing projects 100%.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MODEL OF LUND TO FISH OUT OF AND WHY?
Pro-V 1975. The 1975 is the most versatile boat out there. It handles the roughest water with no problems. I aim to maintain boat control in any conditions.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO OUR ENTIRE STAFF AT LUND BOATS?
I feel being part of the Lund Pro-Staff and representing such a great boat company is an honor. Lund strives to make a great boat better. They listen to Pro-Staff suggestions. I appreciate the ENTIRE Lund Staff for the support they have given me throughout my career. I wouldn’t be where I am today without it!
